This bungalow, built in the early 1900s, was in serious need of an upgrade and the client decided to have the property extended and completely refurbished.
This involved a complete re-wiring, the existing plumbing replaced and a loft conversion and a rear extension added. The roof was re-slated to include decorative features, and new windows and doors installed, while the rear garden area was completely landscaped.
MCK Construction were involved even before the design stage, Tom making frequent site visits to discuss the client’s ideas and potential difficulties and he continued to liaise with her throughout the project.
The end result is a stunning property, entirely right for modern living and exactly in keeping with the client’s expectations.
